She's definitely cited the 80's a lot, though I wouldn't mind if she put in some unused retro 60's-70's psychedelic ****. Mariah is coming HARD this next round and she refused to do dance music since it's trendy. Harder beats from Fernando. No distorted vocals from Fernando. (Unless it's HML-esque). I want to hear instruments in the next album. Like the subtle piano in EC. Rock infused songs. I also want a piano ballad. (Or 2, or 3). Why doesn't she blow the world away by putting out a song featuring her underrated voice and her unknown piano skills? Yeah.
