retroglamx 5,177 Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Idk if it's happened to any of you but when I try to promote ASIB to my regional GP, EVERYONE asks if it's a movie about Gaga's life, like a documentary or a biopic and it's just so upsetting that they don't even know about 5F2 or even the previous ASIB. I hate having to educate everyone and tell the same facts over and over again. I might just create a power point presentation for future references. /rant Pink flamingos always fascinated me. She said they even were in a drag bar (like her in her real life, well, not drag but gay gay). She has definitely used a lot from her own life for this role. But yeah... It's not about her. The best way to reel people in is say it's a remake that sometimes mirrors Gaga's rise to fame but contains amazing new, modern music fitting the film's story. In fact, every time I’ve seen the trailer in theaters, people have been like, “This looks so good!! Who is that girl?!??” And then there have been audible gasps when her named flashed.
