Dubstep in popmusic was one of the worst things that happened in the music industry. It was so forced and not fitting. Thank god that sis is over and there isn't even dubstep music anymore these days.

I'm totally here for Electropop making a comeback but PLEASE no basic light EDM (anything post 2013 Zedd, The Chainsmokers or songs with no choruses) or dubstep breakdowns

Just the chorus that has a bit of electronic taste to it but a SFX on the chorus ain't making the track EDM, imo

Im kinda bais, but I never liked dubstep.

EDM hasn't really left,  it just changed and evolved. I would like to see a fresh spin on EDM though, we need a new sound to be more popular. 

I would love to see an industrial, darker sound to come into pop music
