girl what would u be doing w 1 mil where it wouldnt last that long? buying a yacht?

I'm currently going to school in the US to a private school (read: 80k+ per semester) thanks to my scholarship.

Tutition alone would take more than half from 1M. Add in my housing for all the 4 years, textbooks (!) + supplies, lifestyle (e.g. food, medical insurance, transport etc.) all would easily spend most of that money if not more.

And that's just for my education. Not including leisure like going to concerts, festivals, fun events, travelling around and whatnot.

Obvious choice. I would take 1M without hesitation and relocate to Canada. I can listen to the Canadian queen of Pop instead.

1M dollars sound so unrealistic to me and I hardly can imagine this being a real situation and also I do not struggle with money right now but no, I don't think I could do it.

Guys!!! "Heal Me" is Lady Gaga's next single (soon to be confirmed) by Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter (Selena Gomez' and Justin Bieber's songwriters). Based on her last single "The Cure", that one song is the continuation of her pop music career. I hope she is aware of LYRICA (www.lyrica.com) to help her cope with her "fibromyalgia". I would like to have "Shallow" as a single too, and for Bradley Cooper who seems to be the nicest guy, I like him to have "Maybe it's time" as his own single. Lady Gaga's big Oscar moment is at the end of the movie when she lastly sings "I'll never love again".

I mean someone else could play her music and you happen to be around as opposed to just yourself not listening to her out of your own free will.

But no I wouldn't do it...money isn't everything but I've had that train of thought on life for a while .

You can't even buy a house in most places these days for a $1M so I'd pass. Thanks.

To all saying no: what are you, twelve? Every sensible person would do that tbh.

Too many people here with moral superiority complex.

What a miserable life would it be. I'd rather be homeless and bopping to Gaga while they play her music at the stores.
