NotMyFlop 1,979
I'm a journalism major in school, and this semester I'm working on a music beat for class and it requires TONS of interviews with local musicians and obviously, my dream would be to interview Gaga. I would LOVE to do a multi-part interview that covers the entirety of her career. I want the raw truth on her music, fans, fame, failures, future, etc. What would you ask? I'll provide a very short list of some of the questions I've always wanted to know. Spoiler 1. Just Dance and Poker Face were behemoths in the music industry. Was there any point in the recording/production/writing process where you knew they would be your defining songs? 2. Just Dance, Poker Face, LoveGame, Paparazzi, Bad Romance, Alejandro, Telephone, Born This Way, Judas, The Edge of Glory and Yoü and I were all hits within 2.5 years. (January 2009 - June/July 2011). Do you think that's considered oversaturation of the market? Do you think this contributed to ARTPOP and Joanne having a lower amount of sales? 3. What do you consider your most personal album to date? Before the Joanne era, you said it was Joanne. However, on tour, you've suggested it could be up for debate. 4. Being a megastar, it comes with millions of fans, or to you, Little Monsters. You've made it clear that you adore them. However, what is the limit of what fans should and shouldn't have access to your life? When have fans crossed that line? 5. ARTPOP Act II is the most infamous canceled project, alongside the app. When did you know those weren't going to come into fruition? In retrospect, are you glad those projects and others got scrapped? What was it like when you originally canned those ideas? 6. People have viewed Cheek to Cheek as a project to help you 'reboot' your career. To what degree do you believe that to be true? To what degree was the project just something you wanted to do? I could ask tons more about every era... I have like 20+ per era, and then like 20+ of general questions. I have a little document of questions to ask from every era. It would be so cool to hear Gaga honestly discuss her career from her most reflective state and her experience.

SwissMonster 29,120
Question 4 and 5 would definitely be part of the questions I would ask her! Other questions I would love to know the awnser: 1.You are a singer for almost your hole life, but your biggest dream was to become an actress. You now played two huge characters in TV and Film. Considering your career but also your biggest dream to become an actress, if you had to choose, would you be an actress for the rest of your life or a singer? 2.Is there something wich would make you quit the music industry directly? 3.What can you tell us about the next album SwissMonster®️ - Creating controversy since 1999
VoldeLorde2 8,389
I'd probably ask her about scrapped music videos. Not DWUW because we know why that was scrapped but the original TEOG video is something I'm curious about. I'll also ask if there were plans to shoot a video for Venus or A'Yo as they were planned singles but were then replaced with DWUW and MR.
Suspiria 10,683
What were her original plans for the intel Grammys 2016 performance? What are her feelings on ARTPOP now? Did she have any ideas for the Superbowl that didn't make the cut? Why no ARTPOP? What are her biggest career regrets? What was the Venus video going to be like? And lastly... the original LG5? IAmNotHere1997 25,824
I would probably ask about all the sh*t her fans are saying, like: "Do you think your life should be an endless redcarpet? Because your fans are ready to kill themselves when you wear a hat"...okay, not like that, but you got my point

whore 11,447
1 hour ago, NotMyFlop said: What do you consider your most personal album to date? Before the Joanne era, you said it was Joanne. However, on tour, you've suggested it could be up for debate. That’s honestly a good question cause when you really think about it, none of her albums are substantially “personal.” Joanne has a couple personal songs, with a handful of political ones, and then some bops for the fans. But I would still consider it her most personal, because Born This Way was mostly from the fans’ perspective, and ARTPOP was just a collection of artistic ideas.
