I mean, the mechanicsl horses thing with Katy maybe 😂 But she has a heart of gold! By far the nicest pop star out there, and has 10x the better personality and attitude than Madonna, for example.

like if Gaga was...Madonna...Gaga would be helping to nurture younger talent.

Madonna has done none of those things. But she does just latch on to younger artists to benefit her own career stability, collabing with nicki to keep young and hip. Shame, but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

At least 4 people told me in the last 24h "omg we have to go to see ASIB".

Its pretty amazing. My parents were telling me that Gaga is in a movie (as if I didnt already know haha) and it got really good reviews and they  want to see it. I was like, "yea I know. Thats the movie I was an extra in. I told you a few months ago." They were like, "that was the movie?!?! Did you get to see lady gaga?!?" I was like, "yea all day. It was awesome"

Its just so interesting to me because both my parents use to mock her and my mom would always mention how unattractive she is. And now they have a lot of respect for her.

It is so weird but yeah my mom LOVES lady gaga now although she mocked her in the beginner of her career. She also shipped gaga and Kenny but that isn’t relevant or important. It’s just wierd to see her invested in Gaga’s life

I recall the days of 2008-2013 having to explain to my friends and parents that Gaga was truly a talented artist with many talents. But no matter how I explained that she sang live for her performances, wrote her own songs, produced her songs; I still had to receive dissent on the fact that she was actually a musician. “Shock value is all she knows” “She’s a man” “She’s a Madonna ripoff” “Her fifteen minutes of fame are almost up” were all common quips I tried to persuade against with not much success. 

Deep down like so many others that have remained loyal since day one, I saw how special her craft was. The heart, the message,  her ability to stay true to herself, and above all her talent told me she was here to say and that SOMEDAY down the line those people who accused her of being a flash in the pan would have to “face the music”. 

As we enter a new era- which is promising to be filled with critical acclaim and incredible music and passion provided by our Gaga, I believe that SOMEDAY is now Today. 

So here’s a toast to us and Gaga.

We should take a moment to realize that Lady Gaga is here to stay. This fan base is the best in the world, (no matter who’s “slaying” the abysmal top 40 charts with crap music). 

Let the hard work that Gaga and her team have put in, as well as our undying loyalty as fans be recognized. 

This is vindication.

Exactly ♥️ Like when Sharon Needles got on season 4 of drag race, so many were saying that she's only capable of being goth, why is she even there?, etc.    Same with Gaga. People told her " you're too weird, quirky, etc" because that was easier that trying to understand her. Now look at all that she's accomplished. She truly changed not only the music industry but what "I love my fans" really meant.

I was an extra too when she was in coachella but my parents has yet linked two and two together. 

My coworker was super hyped though and wanted to watch it with me when the good reviews came out ! You're lucky your parents wanted to see it with you. 

Mine won't watch it in the movies.
