True, but ASIB is going to feature a completely new soundtrack - Bohemian Rhapsody is not. You can't re-write music for a Queen movie - famous for their own, original songs. Even if they did, it wouldn't be eligible for the Oscar. All songs have to be totally original and written for the movie - they are pretty strict on that, too. So even an old unreleased song repurposed for the film wouldn't be eligible for nomination. They would have to prove that they came up with something completely from scratch.
