I have a feeling CrazyGa will return in the next era. Honestly I was okay with Gaga's more stripped back C2C and Joanne eras, but now I'm starting to feel a bit more cynical and think it's too much like respectability politics.

I agree. It may have seem like time went bye quickly but literally almost half of Gaga’s career has been her playing it safe and being quiet.

She is right, there's only one Madonna

Lady Gaga is brilliant but she needs more albums, hits, tours, fashion to settle as high as Madonna is.

And don't tell me Gaga is versatile and she has done jazz, country, dance, starring in a movie, made soundtrack. Madonna did too.

Gaga is not pushing boundaries in terms of creating A+ art. She's just walking on a straight line. btw ARTPOP was pushing boundaries no matter what GP tells. It was amazing. But Joanne was very straight and avarage.

Yeah, I mean people here sometime make it sounds like Madonna is just a random girl. Damn guys, a bit of respect. That girl worked sooooo hard to get where she is. Madonna is probably one of the least artists that has a huge involvement in her own music, visuals, tours and stuff (just like Gaga). And saying Gaga has done what Madonna did in +30 years of career is just wrong. I'm sure LG will end up having a legendary career, but just let her time.

Saying there's only one Madonna is not a shade to Lady Gaga. It's just the truth. And I'm sure Lady Gaga don't want to be a Madonna 2.0, so it's all fine.

This. Some little monsters don't know how to respect...And as much as we all LOVE Gaga, it's ridiculous to say she has done what Madonna did in +30 years of career...Madonna is one of the most hard-working person ever in the buisness, she has achieved so many things and took many many risks. 

And as Donatella said, they are two very diffeerent women, and it's a good thing!
