IF a neq set of pic is posted we'll know quite for sure that she isn't posting them personally unless they're for something bigger. Why bothering keepin' up with the pattern when you are in one of the most beatiful cities in the whole world? I mean, it's just sounds unrealistic to me that Gaga sits down in the downtown of Paris to post 3 random pics she took months ago. UNLESS somenthing is really planned and she in some way needs or really wants to stick to the pattern. Otherwise they are posted by her team or maybe automatically and I guess we're not getting anything like I mean she wouldn't let an announcement being published by a computer or by a collaborator... or would she?
