TheAlpha 3,830
Hey monsters, For a long time now, I’ve heard people talk about how an album changed their life. I also get asked that question from time to time. My love for music is like an obsession. Just as much as I love films and photography. It's a part of me and my everyday life. It's in my blood and mind. But with all that being said, I can’t really say an album has changed my life. I’m fan of all kind of music. From pop, rap, jazz, electronic, rock and metal. So I’m curious, what album has changed your life and how or why? Maybe an album did changed my life but I don’t know it You know this is just my opinion, right? AlejandroooO 515
Born This Way. Made it easier for me to proudly be bisexual. Helped me with my mental disorders. And it's full of bobs. Truly a legendary album.

Guest
Very weird since im in a gaga forum but it's not even Gaga (shame ik) I think once I listened to Elvis albums it changed me, cause it helped go through a very dark place, and for that Im always grateful tbh even tho he's dead and he'll never know i'm just grateful for his music. Any art in general is so useful for your soul

It helped me too to be more confident about myself and get through bullying

The songs are written beautifully, and it doesn’t sound like generic country at all. The title track:
Bolkins 4,124
I can’t really say that an album has changed my life, but some have formed my tastes. Frank/Back to Black changed what I was interested in when I was younger, I was coming out of an emo phase and liking those albums (and Amy) introduced me to the indie scene back then. Perhaps if I hadn’t liked those albums I would of become more into metal or something like that idk. The Fame made me challenge how I perceived Pop stars and pop music, I wasn’t particularly interested in it before Gaga but I feel she proved that it wasnt all manufactured and soulless etc. Not the bore worms!
