Sneaky Oliver 22,226
Once upon a time... during the Born This Way era, the evil queen Stefania would fire everyone who dared to disagree with her own personal views and beliefs. She used to call it “creative differences”....

The common belief is that Laurieann wanted creative control and stepped on Kahn's toes as the director, so one of them (Kahn I think?) walked off. http://www.mtv.com/news/2581140/lady-gaga-edge-of-glory-video-controversy-joseph-kahn/ This is where the iconic "u disrespectful fuk" came from. Sadly this bit of LM slang has slipped from our language in the modern days of Yass and I Have to Laugh Omg thank you for reminding me of this lost bit of LM vernacular. Truly iconic. kaojen 1,571
It was one step in Gaga’s journey to creating a creative team that was generally on the same page with her and whom she got along with in and out of producing music and visuals. Boomcack was creative but also abrasive, disrespectful to the fans, and a bit of a control freak. Gaga herself is a bit of perfectionist and control freak and they definitely must have clashed personalities. Despite the last straw it seemed inevitable at the time to fans during that era and I’m glad it happened.
