Ariana is very talented, she's a feminist, an LGBTQ+ ally/icon, and seems to be a very kind and intelligent person. She is also very successful and held in high regards by most media and people of many ages and it translates into her commercial + critical success. She's doing better than many other artists her age and those who came before her in the pop music world. OT : yep she is, for this generation she is and I'm totally fine with it, she gives herself in her performance, sing live, try to dance, gives us good visuals and good pop songs even if the competition is not high in pop it don't remove her talent. Does she have a 200m grossing tour? Does she have a diamond album? Does she have a Grammy? Does have any significant records? Did she have a huge peak era? I remember seeing Madonna and Janet Jackson fans questioning whether Gaga was a main pop girl or not. Maybe we are getting older and that’s why we don’t see things the same way. But I really live for NTLTC and GIAW, and I started stanning her older stuff like Side To Side, Into You, etc... Isn't Nicki who have more than 4 featuring with Arianna and excepted to had another hit with Bed just before the album? Isn't Madonna who makes a vocal apparition in GIAW, and she asked Arianna if she needed her for the video?
