KPop stans, as you know, love being on the winning team. They love bragging about awards and charts and "all-kills" and all of that. If BTS is successful, their fans will be there to soak it in. I think it's more likely that as the group matures, individual members start "taking breaks"/leaving to pursue their own careers, and the group slowly declines in influence that way. She's going to power through all of the (deserved) backlash just through sheer force of will with these superfluous collabs that she's only taking part in for the commercial clout.
