But those photos were all taken backstage, without art direction, and by someone a bit more amateur. Eli is super buzzy, has worked with Kim and Kanye heavily, and directed music videos for him. The consistency of the aesthetic is way more impactful than the "Haus Editorials" from JWT. Eli isn't part of the Haus, these are farmed out images that are clearly (imo) dictating a new vibe and potentially a new era. She's reinventing yet again. They’re B&W and there’s a lot of them which creates a nice palette cleanser transitioning into her ASIB promotion. The photographs are also artistic enough to herald a new era and visually interesting enough to build hype into the new era. I find it hard to believe she’ll release an LG6 song literally 5 weeks before the premiere of ASIB. Or i could be wrong and Gaga does two projects at the same time. What a Queen!
