SharkmanthaC 111,642
10:05 P.M. NV Energy says a mylar balloon hit some power lines in the area of East Flamingo Road and South Maryland Parkway that caused a power bump that people may have noticed as flickering lights. The balloon may have caused a flash when it collided with the power lines. It did not cause any power outages. https://www.ktnv.com/las-vegas-breaking-news-for-january-19-2019 she/her/hers

She wasn't going back until February.... and considering the only shows in February are the 2nd and 3rd, I think she'll make it. she/her/hers

What was it like when the power went out? Share! It was ****ing epic. I had the time of my life. This was my first time seeing her live and let me tell you when she landed on the stage near me,I almost fainted I didn’t even notice the power cut until some guy next to me mentioned it.I thought it was part of the show I met some amazing fans in the GA and in the queue. Wish I had asked for their numbers or social media. Would’ve loved to be in touch with them. Call me by your name and I'll call you by mine
ToriDivine 33
I had an amazing time! The show was fantastic! I thought the venue did a pretty great job of keeping the lines orderly and organized. There’s really no need to try to line up before 5. The earliest they might let you get away with lining up is 4:45 anyway. I appreciated getting a wristband to get in instead of everyone trying to scan their tickets right before entry. We got a great spot inside of the “armpit”. We stood next to some very nice people in GA that didn’t get mad when I kept getting knocked into them by a sweaty shirtless monster. There were some technical difficulties. Enigma had a couple of screens glitching out a few times. It wasn’t that bad though. The power outage was a thing. It wasn’t really all that dramatic though. At first some of us didn’t realize that it was unintentional since it happened during a costume change. You could hear the drums and the keyboard faintly. One guitarist did throw his guitar but it didn’t look like it was really in anger. To me it looked more like the “rockstar smashing a guitar on stage” type vibe. Side note- I know that this is Vegas and this type of mishap really shouldn’t happen with a show of this caliber- BUT I hunk they resolved the issues pretty quickly considering. My wedding was at a resort with a casino- the power went out. They had generators but the gaming floors overwhelm the generators. It took 2 and a half hours to get the power on at my reception. This took about 10-15 minutes to get the power back at Park MGM- so- not bad IMO. She sounded great. I do wish there were just a few more personal moments peppered in throughout the show as there had been at some previous tours. I really enjoyed how intimate it felt at the end of the show when the lights got a little brighter and it was just her blowing kisses and taking in the love from the crowd and taking bows with the whole crew.
