I think she should lighten up on the vigorous dance and focus exclusively on the vocals. That way she won't get sick again and the show will go on

Nah. Basically every song had choreo except acoustic, Money Honey and SHICD. And she would be really intense during You and I as well.

I don't think it will ever be like before. But I like to believe she will get better and better at managing it and will eventually be in a good place again.

Of course she will get better at managing it, but it won't really help her ability to dance. She will know more about her physical limits, which means she will dance less. She cancelled the rest of the Joanne World Tour despite not dancing THAT much (at least compared to the Monster Ball and the Born This Way Ball), so we shouldn't expect her to do a 49-show pop tour for a long time...
