Pedophilia refers to a mental disorder when a person over 16 is experiencing a persistent, primary and strong attraction to PRE-pubescent children. Unless he likes pre-pubescent children more than he does people his own age then he's not a pedophile, and actually most of the time people who commit offences against children aren't pedophiles.
