It even had a timeframe, but it’s been delayed and now one knows when it’s going to be released. Charli even said she might not release albums anymore. What is said to be the original XCX3 leaked last year in pretty much HQ, when someone hacked her google drive. The singles she’s releasing now are new songs mixed with those old songs. No Angel and Girls Night Out were going to be on the original album, and Focus and 5ITM are new songs supposed to be on the “new” XCX3 she started writing in part because the old one got leaked.
