That song has some tropical electro house vibes exactly like most a of songs played on the radios still right now. If that song is dated, I guess The Cure was also 3 years dated.

Is that an argument even. I know you like redone but cmon. I think the composition side is a bit dated but the sound is very clean an nit. 

The problem with putting ecerything in same bag is losing what can be on trend but stand out.

The cure has more stand out points than this song. By far. Also it is very different even if it comes from same trend

One thing the cure had that was overused by last year was the fingr snaps. Lord billion of songs. 

This one has more that youth feeling. But the cure wins cause composition is good. Theres a warmth about it. A sincerity that connects
