Tell me the 2011-13 hitmakers like JT, Pharrell, Sia etc didn’t work on the self titled.

Tell me the 2014-15 hitmakers like The Weeknd, Mike Will Made It, Kanye’s producer Mike Dean didn’t work on Lemonade, an album with heavy Hip Hop influences and slight traces of reggae and EDM. 

Im not even hating on Beyoncé I’m just saying that the sound of her last 2 albums isn’t as ground breaking as some people say. THEY ARE STILL REALLY GOOD ALBUMS.

LG does her own thing already. She is in her own lane as well. I don't think you can compare to Beyonce as she has a few advantages. She is very calculated and has a great team. I wish LG was a bit more calculated but it is what it is.

But in now way are they TRENDY sis. Having influences doesn't mean jumping on trends. When the entire album is that genre or HEAVILY influenced by it, THATS trend hopping.

Well, at least Joanne videos were lazy because they were cheap and done by unprofessionals. While Beyonce was directed by many high-profile directors and had a big budget, but it still didn't work.

I didn’t say “jumping in trends” in the first place I only said trendy sound INFLUENCEs . It’s undeniable that she would find trendy artists and work with them so that some trendy element becomes a part of her songs.
