How would ARTPOP have performed in the streaming era?

I sure as hell think a lot of things would've been different for the performance of ARTPOP if everything outside of her control wasn't falling apart before she had time to prove herself.

The GP wasn't there for her at all back then, and yes that's very sad to think about. But it all happened the way it did and we can't do anything about it.

Maybe we wouldn't even have heard Joanne or seen her at the SBHTS today if things went differently in her career.

not really bc back then you bought a song and that's it. There was no way of measuring how many times someone listened to it on their itunes library for charts. But bc of streaming, once it's downloaded, people who downloaded it stream it, which is measured, like how views on youtube are measured.
