But there's no denying that she looks her age now without them. Lately, she's been looking more like late 20's and in some photos, even older. Unfortunately, there's some other surgery that can't be undone. She'll never look like how she was meant to originally look. But at least there's a glimpse of what she was meant to be. It's shocking when you look at side by side comparisons and realise that she basically bought a whole new face. And she's starting on a body transformation lately too. I dread to think what this family will look like when gravity starts coming into play with age and these surgeries start going south. I'm still haunted by those unedited pictures of Kim's dimpled, saggy, deflated-looking butt when she was on holiday in Mexico. Implants are a lifetime commitment.
