There were always threads by people like Emma that would assemble fan-made books and stuff that they would give to Gaga and there were a few admins that Gaga would talk with. Things have changed over the years. If I were Gaga I would probably avoid looking up fan sites, but I still suspect that people that work for her lurk to get a feel for what people are saying. It's kinda like Googling yourself, I mean if you were a celebrity wouldn't you be a teensy bit curious what the fans were saying about you online?
