Her voice will just keep getting deeper and her range will disappear. Her lungs will continue to take a beating and won't be able to hold notes for as long. Thankfully she's not known for her voice the same way that someone like Adele is, and thus can still work around whatever vocal limits arise. I think it’s valid to critique someone for it but we can’t act like she’s being paid by big tobacco. I’m just glad she doesn’t really promote it as much anymore or portray it as an accessory.
