The End of Love is gorgeous! Probably the best song alongside Hunger

Ok, so I've just listened to the whole album and I can say that it's definitely a great album. I don't mind that it's short, I think it's just very precise and clear with what it wants to do with each song. As I've said before, it's different from the usual Florence record while at the same time being true to herself. It's Flo, but it's not... it's hard to explain, but in general it's less chaotic than their previous albums (I mean chaotic in a good way), more quiet, more simplistic and minimalistic, which is not a bad thing, but if you're waiting for another Cosmic Love, What Kind Of Man or Spectrum, this album is not for you. Some songs are built around one simple riff with minimal instrumentation. Lyrically, I think this is one of their best works, they sound like poetry. It might not be as easily accessible than their other albums, but that makes me want to listen to the album all over again to understand the songs better.

Top songs after 1st listen: Hunger & The End Of Love

Too soon for including HaH in an overall rank of all their albums. I have to listen to it a few more times to do that.

My favourite song so far is Sky Full of Song. What are the odds of loving the album?

Eek. From the sound of things this album may not be my cup of tea. Still holding out hope though for when I listen to it tonight.

Patricia might be the Queen of Peace of this album.

The whole album sounds so clean yet magnificent. It deserves 85+ on metacritic. :vegas:
