No. Like 10 copies can send you to #1 on most iTunes charts since iTunes is dead in just about every country that isnt the US, Canada, UK, or Australia. ARTPOP is #152 worldwide according to some janky system so I would say its selling under 500 copies a week WW. Joanne isnt charting on there but its definitely selling more WW probably 2-3k a week.
