Them together would feel superfluous. IMO, an ideal collab usually involves two artists that are very different with each artist bringing something the other doesn't have to compliment each other. I just picture Gaga in Joanne mode with that smoker ballad voice she uses sometimes & Miley with her regular smokers voice, and it's just like...why?
