Yeah Taylor Swift saying something for gays is great, but I'm not going to join everyone here in pretending that she is some sort of gay icon because she said something at a concert once. And yes, I think about all the things Gaga does and that she still gets hate, but the difference here is that her actions speak louder than her words. She puts her money and her effort where her mouth is and gives us real LGBTQ support with donations and activism. Taylor Swift didn't DO anything. She said something one time, that's not doing something or being supportive for her. Yes she's human, but she is also one of the most popular and famous musical artists of our time, and rarely does she make efforts to support her LGBTQ fanbase members of which she has many. She talks about herself and I feel sad for her. And Karlie Kloss.
