I don't know why, but my heart is racing... (first review based on a full movie and not just a trailer)

"....Every single person in this movie is as good as they’ve ever been on screen, seemingly revealing new sides not only of their characters but also of themselves (there’s a meta aspect to a lot of these performances that Cooper milks for all they’re worth). The undeniable standout is Lady Gaga, whose performance here goes far beyond what we typically think of as great acting and moves into the territory of, say, Gena Rowlands in A Woman Under the Influence. The role requires her to play every note on the emotional scale from the depths of despair to the joyous exuberance, and Gaga is flawless in every scene. Her work proves the cliché about the specific becoming universal, as she plays each moment in surprising, unique ways and makes bold choices no other actress would conceive of, yet gives each of those moments a profound and affecting sense of recognition for the audience – every triumph and every heartbreak feels utterly honest and relatable, and it all builds to one of the most emotionally shattering finales I’ve ever encountered in a movie..."

Even though Tom has posted LA - Paris, I'm having a second thought.

The time difference when she posted one of her IG stories, was 5 hours with EST.

Could she be in London?

That description of her work in the movie is great but also totally fits Gaga. I believe this one.

So Happy for her :vegas:

Doncho

OMG that review  Our girl is actually coming guys!! Also premiering at Venice is HUGE. Im so proud of Gaga, she deserves it. Hopefully all critics think like that. Like I said before, I will be more than happy with just a nomination for her acting. And ASIB better win some Oscars (even if Gaga is not credited)

Mylene Farmer's new album out on Sept 28. Will be the #1 album in France for a few weeks (months) for sure
