Hopefully Joanne Cancelled Tour not on DVD but Netflix. The boost was sooooo great for her discography (Joanne) with 5F2.

So yes, sadly. They really need to release a killer video or something on Youtube for LG6 or ASIB to boost hew views on her other videos too. Her Youtube views are tragic currently.

We need this to change. I really hope LG6 is visual focused like her previous eras before ARTPOP.

We haven't really had anything with an impact enough to boost them since applause (the superbowl did help a bit though). All her top 10 hits should be at 100 000+ daily views tbh with several songs also above 200 000. It's tragic to see huge hits like just dance, Born this way, The edge of glory, you and i etc barely do 40 000 daily when most others artists big flops do atleast double that just because they constantly have had atleast one big video every other year. 

I hope so. Having a streaming hit every few years helps enormously and we havnt really had one in ages...It's so funny to me that Gaga smashed on Youtube and even did well on spotify when it didnt matter as much. Truly bad luck :'(

Literally every big artists get their certifications AS SOON as they can get them so they can look successful etc. Why not Gaga  

I really feel like her label dont care ever since she signed a new deal with them. It's like they stopped caring in investing in her as much for some reason. That being said interscope has always been a mess with certifications however recently they certified Selena's singles and I think they did with Maroon 5 too. It's just they do not prioritize Gaga at all anymore and it's so frustrating

I love how grateful she is. I hate to compare but when Nicki has a minor hit she brags endlessly and makes it all about her and how hard she works and how she is a QUEEN whilst Cardi always thanks her fans more than she brags about her work ethic or anything like that.

MESS this is true lol. I remember thinking GUY would somehow re ignite the era a little but it was dead on arrival. Years later it made sense why it flopped horribly but back then I was literally shocked

Honestly I rather she collects points for the end of decade charts than for her to not be credited because of "Various Artists". Even if it does not go #1 at least it will give her points for end of decade charts which matter more to me imo.

Honestly I feel like ASIB will be a sales driven album (sort of like Joanne). It is also rumored to be a lot more rootsy just like Joanne. There are only about 2 songs that are electronic / synth / pop driven whilst the rest is more pop rock or ballads. That type of sound usually does best in sales. So as you mentioned I see her catalog getting a nice boost sales wise but idk if it will actually help all that much in terms of streaming. Unless they make one of the synth pop songs a single I highly doubt ASIB is going to be some streaming beast or an album that will help her become a streaming force in any way. I'd say LG6 has more of a chance of doing that.

8.5m albums

69.5m RIAA certified units

so terribly undercertified

should be 

70m singles 

16.5m albums

True, I also believe that stream vise ASIB will do okayish. Higher expectations for LG6. But many people that aren’t stans or familiar  with Gaga’s latest projects are surely going to search for her music after they watch the film which will automatically bring her streams up for a short period of time and possibly create new fans. Regardless, who knows.. maybe ASIB will have a hit streaming single if Warner Bros / Interscope decide to push one with good treatment such ad radio deal and playlist exposure. I personally believe that with right treatment and the hype from the film, ASIB could have one cute hit in states and Europe/Australia.

I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this but Make Me might be getting an increased amount of views because one of the contestants of Love Island (a popular UK reality show) is in the video and was talked about during the show for the last couple weeks, with the song and video constantly being mentioned and played (the show has 2m viewers each day)
