Does anyone have a general idea of what Gaga’s certifications album wise should be at the moment ? 

I feel like Gaga is the type of artist who is against using streaming equivalents in her certifications and that’s why she’s so under certified, for example we all know Million Reasons is 2x platinum but because it’s only at 1.1 million actual sales it’s never been certified 2x platinum.

That double sales thing only applied to RIAA rules and therefore the official cerifications. Billboard will still only count 1 sale of the 2 disc album as 1 sale fortanuately. 

With the double disc album RIAA rule, Drake could have a 3x Platinum album by next week.

I dont think Gaga’s interests are the reason why she’s undercertified. She seemed quite happy when MR was nominated saying that it’s almost 2x Platinum back in November. Interscope is just lagging.

ARTPOP and Joanne are up to date considering ARTPOP is at like 1.5 million and Joanne 1.1 million and both are Platinum.

Born This Way should at the very least be 4x Platinum.

and The Fame Monster 5x Platinum I believe

So people saying the Fame is diamond here in the US isn’t true or could it be a possibility adding in everything? and I get a little lost when it comes certifications because of Bad Romance is at 11 mil.  does that mean that 1.5 million units of the Fame Monster come from BR or ? and omg imagine her single certifications, I can’t with Interscope sometimes and thank you so much

It could be a possibility. 

We do know this

The Fame pure: 4.7 million

Just Dance: 800k units

Poker Face: 1m units

Eh Eh: 50k units

LoveGame: 300k units

Paparazzi: 400k units

That’s 7.25 million units from just pure album sales and the singles. The other album tracks push it past 9 million as someone has shown before.

To everyone saying gaga can't make a hit just look at The cure. It lasted 14 weeks and peaked in the top 40... It would of been higher but Kendrick dropped his album... I think The Cure would be number one if she released it at the Superbowl...
