I think there will be a press conference at Venice Film Festival for A Star Is Born friday morning, but that's just my guess since most of the films have one.

Also: if it happens, it will likely be streamed live on La Biennale website.

Hopefully they will announce it later this week

Everything right now is so weird to me... Like why wouldn't they release something for preorder... It seems logical to release a song before a preorder to promote a soundtrack 

Also what is happening with her music

She worked for so long on new music with so many producers and releasing it in late 2019 would be too long of a wait for songs that were recorded mid-2018 maybe even earlier... It's all so weird...

Like I would love is she released something right before las vegas show and then an album in early 2019

Same. But keep in mind Warner Bros knows how to handle good promo. And I think a single is coming after ASIB-Before Vegas (an actual Gaga single).
