It's more than likely her label not letting her, not her. She seems pretty satisfied with it and would love to just release the album.

She loved those songs, she clearly pushed back the album cause they flopped so maybe they'll scrap them and replace them with new songs but I don't get the point of this, the whole album probably sounds like let you be right and clearly, that sound is not working for her. If they want a hit album they'll have to scrap the whole album and make a new one.
