You guys seem to forget Gaga has released only like 20 (TWENTY) singles during her entire career. That's probably less than any other pop girl out there, since she doesn't collab with anyone and even her albums don't have many singles (Joanne only 2, ARTPOP only 3 etc).

Britney has like +40 singles, her YouTube views SHOULD be higher. 

Gaga's YT stats aren't great, yes, but please don't forget about this fact.

PI is more pop rock than rock tbh, the rock influence isn't that strong
