It’s one of Gaga’s friends and he used to do Gaga’s make-up for the I&V ARTPOP photoshoot and the Applause video in July 2013. After that Gaga only mentioned him at her VEVO interview in April 2014 and since then we have never heard or seen anything from him again? Any of y’all know what he’s up to lately?
