What's your favorite out of these two :lolly: ?

I personally prefer Gwen's one more mainly because I found the lyrical content surprisingly relatable :cryga:

Spoiler

Also, both Tension and Send Me a Picture deserved to be singles :selena:

This Is What The Truth Feels Like is such a solid pop album! And although it may differ a lot from her earlier solo work, it still has that unique Gwen quirkiness (Naughty, Asking 4 It, Rocket Ship for example). It's one of my favorite pop albums and deserved so much more succes!

TIWTFL :tony: DD is messy tbh (at least what I've heard of it)

The latter.

Both are good albums but I can't help with the dated sounds of DD. I will play it when I feel nostalgic.

I feel like Gwen is making the right move by scrapping the first draft of her return album for TIWTTFL. Meanwhile I enjoyed her two singles before this album, (Baby Don't Lie, Spark The Fire), many people doesn't, and it is warning signal that Gwen heed.

None of these happened with Fergie, despite her singles for this album are not well recieved, she decided to keep moving forward with the dated sounds and here we are.

Double Dutchess goes hard.

Judas is coming, let the cultural baptism begin.

I love Gwen so much but for me that album has no substance for me aside from the singles. Fergie surprised me tbh and DD was unique with every song sounding different and as relatable.

You know when they make you pick between Donald Trump and O.J. Simpson? That's what this feels like  :ohwell:

The Child

Gwen’s album, Fergie’s album was such a mess.
