The pic was in a group of pics billed to be young Katy Perry pics. But I found where that pic originally came from ... a Katy mv. It looks like the little girl is an actress, rather than archival images of young Katy. Nice touch that the little girl rides a bike with the name "Katheryn" on the license plate: I find it interesting that this Kesha mv actually does use archival footage of the young Kesha: I live outside the space time continuum.
