Albums that are pop perfection

ARTPOP GAGA

Featured Posts

ARTPOP GAGA

1989-Taylor : Bland and one-dimensional in terms of production but still a great pop album with catchy bops like New Romantics and Blank Space !

E.MO.TION Side B- Carly Rae: Brilliant production. Best pop album of the decade. An 80s throwback with absolute precision. The world's most underrated pop artist.

E.MO.TION -Carly Rae: Great album but does not have much reply value like Side B

Matter-St Lucia: Perfect 80s throwback. Super underrated indie pop band.

The Fame Monster: Iconic, legendary, unforgettable.

ARTPOP: Underrated because of its commercial performance.  Tracks like G.U.Y, Venus, ARTPOP and Applause are pop music at its finest.

Born This Way: excellent album with each song sounds different. Very diverse.

The Fame: has some fillers and Just Dance and Poker Face are the two biggest global dance smashes of all time.

MDNA: a collection of well-crafted pop bops.

IMO ARTPOP, while a good project for the worst in Gaga's career, is not on par with the rest listed.

Yup, Kylie's albums are quite good. Not all but she has a good number of albums that were just full of bops and replay value. But Americans are indifferent to this Queen for some reason. She may not be the most talented in the pop stratosphere, but her longevity actually rivals Madonna and at one point she was constantly being compared to Madonna. People just doesn't give her enough credit. I mean, look at her tours, they were all epic productions that rivals to those of Madonna and Gaga.

She is a living legend, she is iconic, I think she's only really popular in the underground gay music scene in the US, though. In 2002 she had a big hit here in the US with Can't Get You Out Of My Head, but never again after that. That's the whole reason I found out about her back when I was 10 years old, lol. She deserves better, I wish she was an American icon as well, but the UK and Europe go crazy for her. Obvs, they tend to have better taste.

Wow. Do you know why Kylie isn't big in the States? I read that it's because her music and image is too gay for American to embrace her.
