She had plenty of 30+ guests at her 1989 tour 

She had Idina Menzel, Ricky Martin, Pitbull, Miranda Lambert, Keith urban, steven tyler, mick jagger,justin timberlake, beck, alanis morisette etc. etc. 

Plus having someone be a guest on her tour is not really collaborating.

I think it's really cool that she peforms with other artists at her tours, it's nice for the fans and also a good oppurtunity for the other artists if they aren't that big yet/on her level 

I wouldn't mind gaga doing this, especially with the people she already have songs with

Whereas Madonna in her Bitch, I'm Madonna video had huge names like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus attached to it.

I dk about you but I definitely prefer those artists who appeared in Madonna's video than those who did in Bad Blood.

Those are her friends (or were at this point  since the time took away all her fair-weather-friends) and it aligns with her demographic if their demographic is mainly young teenage girls. Which is way more genuine to me than putting big names of people she probably doesnt even talk to in the video just for the sake of name-dropping. Not like it helped the song in any way... I don't think I have to go into how one of the songs is a #1 which is 5x Platinum and the other has a peak of #85 and no certification if we're already gonna throw random comparisons around. And thanks I don't need a madonna history lesson, I know she's legendary and has been relevant for a looooong time before you wanna school me on that. We're just talking about these 2 songs since you brought it up.
