I would say B-Day or 4 are more personal, lemonade is about a lot of things, yes it's about cheating but it's turned toward black culture and rights it's exclusive to her, but B-Day ( the original lemonade) is all about her and she had some "texan" and "black" influences too like you can see in Deja vu and Suga mama, the major theme was her, and 4 was about her pain and love in her relationship but way more darker than we thought, her miscarriage and how she fight for keeping her mariage alive and how deep in love she is, they are a lot of unrealised from b-day to 4 who have really dark and depressed messages

And I agree that BEYONCÉ was personal too

Lemonade have some deep quotes tho, like when she say "rest in peace my true love" talking about the child that they loosed or with her roots and how her mother went through this too and the vision of her father but we don't really see it in this album
