Well without the people who invented the first ever instrument, there wouldn’t be music. So let’s go congratulate them for making such a cultural impact. 

Please - MJ did not invent everything and he was inspired from other things for his music video.

hriller broke down racial barriers and made MTV have to put a black artist on their channel. Moreover he was the first person to treat it like a movie and not just a throwaway four minutes.

also it's the most famous music video of all time and the only music video in the national film registry.

plus a lot of people have pointed out theres a direct homage to Thriller in Bad Romance. What else inspired bad romance video? albert hitchcock. Gaga would agree with me, to say Bad Romance is on par or greater than Thriller is to ignore the immense respect and influence he's had on Gaga.

but what you quoted still doesn't mean she's moving away from videos all together just because she wanted one album to speak more from the music

her ideals change all the time with every album so i wouldn't be shocked if she wanted to be really visual for LG6

there's also no need to be so passive aggressive in every discussion, your comment really didn't need that nit pick part
