It just feels useless to me. She did it once, she can’t re release a collection every time she releases new singles

but what if they're from BTW to now as a part 2 like i said in the OP? her singles from DWUW to Joanne piano don't have physical releases so it wouldn't be re-release and it's not like it needs to be promoted heavily like an album project

But that wasn't even official, it was from Parlophone Records wich Gaga isn't realted and the CD came in a cardboard sleve and the cd wasn't even printed, it just said Perfect Illusion in the most common font they could find and the logo of the record label. the rest wast just a transaprent plastic label

I feel like it is unnecessary. I dont think it would be worth her effort and the money going into it.  Everything is digital now.  Not to say that she cant in the future, but now isnt the right time.

Idk. It just makes no sense now. If she did it for her 10years of career it would’ve even made sense but now it’s pointless

she wouldn't really have to put any effort into it though, they could just print 1m-ish copies, slap on a photo from previous eras and sell it for a high price tagged as a limited collecters item and i'm sure they would still turn a profit

there's still plenty of people out there who collect stuff like this and as i said before, they put a lot of work into the C2C boxset

i think that's a bit too much copies for a "limited release" :laughga: but they could sneak actually something like 10.000 copies or so, worlwide release exclusive on her store or something.

Oh I didn't know it was that bad, messy :saladga:

It's so annoying how applause went so well at this: The physical edition, the Japanese exclusive with big poster, and even Picture Disc...

I think they probably would keep going for DWUW but the whole thing just got cut short, and then G.U.Y. barely planned-release...

too bad they really didn't do anything for Joanne then... I was hoping for a boxscore or something at release but all they did was these ugly packs with like... album and necklace :saladga:

if there's only 10,000 it would be SO expensive :selena: she has more than a million fans so it doesn't need to be SUPER limited edition, just a thing that once it's gone, it's gone and you just have to try your luck on ebay and discogs

1M gives me "THE FIRST 500.000 COPIES OF ARTPOP WILL HAVE A LIMITED FOIL!!!!" and now the rarity is an ARTPOP copy without the foil :selena: hahahahaha.

I think it depends of what they would be aiming, I think the "print" of The Singles was limited and Japan Only, right? This could be Worldwide numbered edition with something around 10-20k copies, because at same time I don't think many fans would be really interested about it

These things might be dangerous because sometimes it's just a shot in the dark, like i mentioned ARTPOP and also people like Lana, they always print an "exclusive boxscore" for every era and it used to be super-limited etc. Paradise one is now super expensive to find, and Ultraviolence one is not so rare but still bit expensive...

on the other hand, they had to take "Honeymoon" one out of her store because it never went sold out even thought being super-limited and I remember once saw one website selling it for like 10 dollars on a super-sale thing :selena:

Kinda off topic but I saw on Twitter that they might be re-issuing The Fame Monster in Vinyl soon (for now we only got a picture disc) on Urban O.  and tbh the idea of having that record in a gatefold...wow.

Luxe Ford

As I still find copies of the strictly limited to 500 000 exclusive-copies-with high-tech-foil-print-of-supreme-quality ARTPOP album in gas stations around my country, I think one million would be a bit of a stretch.

I would buy a deluxe complete singles plus b-sides in a heartbeat. So what that it costs too much to produce? Hunties often have double income with no children and everyone is after the pink dollar.

Just plug it into the central loveline and GIVE IT TO ME!

P.s. why not call it Lady Gaga: The Works ? 'Works'  as in everything/the whole shebang? That's what my greatest hits will be called.
