I don’t think anyone will say yes to be honest. The U.S fetishises Celebrity. There is an old D-list reality star whose currently the President of The United States despite 0 qualifications or experience Trump used his D-List celebrity to become the POTUS... He used his small time celebrity influence to launch himself into the White House... If a D-list celebrity can get the U.S to elect them president are we really going to ponder whether an A-list celebrity endorsement could have an effect on the polls? Think about the hype for a potential Oprah run for president or about the fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger would probably be president right now if he was a natural-born citizen (Not only was he a Governor, but he also hosted Celebrity Apprentice - which apparently are two great pluses when running for president). I wouldn't underestimate the power of celebrity.
PartySick 172,445
The American public is so easily swayed lmao. Tax cuts with this Korean peace thing (even though Trump had little to do with it) have inflated his approval to about 48% too high. I just hope the Republicans stay unpopular through November I could care less about Trump atm. Whimsical bitch

That always has an impact even tho ppl forget there's much more influencing that than the current president - economic cycle - rest of world economy - policies from past government - what other levels of government do - unexpected positive or negative changes (for example 2010 fracking makes a 21st century energy boom in the US possible) For whatever reason many put the current President or Prime Minister at the pedestal as if everything happening in the economy is a result of him Thank you for having common sense, something that is nonexistent nowadays. Presidents arent as powerful as many people think. Trump and the GOP have done many things that have a long term effect, and we will see thise things affect us in the future, that most likely will be a problem for the next President. They are pushing for a trade war that is already affecting farmers in the US. They are hurting diplomatic relations and the US reputation. They are getting rid of pretty much anything pro-environment. They are setting up a conflict against Iran, another classic Republican war. And I could go on, but all of these things take a while to see their effect, right now we dont feel them and people think its all good.
