Prove me wrong.

The last time i heard his name was because the Taylor feud. And people remember him as the husband of Kim, not as a rapper.

is this a serious comment? :laughga:

This feels like that one kid who didn't get lots of attention in his friend group, so he showed up the next year with a new friend group.

I'm talkin' 'bout forever, baby.

I don't agree with his statement, even when you don't take it out of context as this article did, but I appreciate that a public figure like Kanye exists. There is value in having a culturally important figure who is unafraid to share unpopular thoughts, and confront accepted norms. It's particularly refreshing in the "canceled climate."

Keep talking Kanye.

Why not be controversial in an intelligent manner? It’s like a gay man saying “well, it’s a choice that gay people are oppressed. It’s our fault we don’t have our rights.”

NO. Speak with intelligence. Trump is not someone to support AT ALL. I don’t care if it’s “against the grain.”

Well, your hypothetical gay man wouldn't be entirely wrong, would he? It wasn't the fault of gay people that they were an oppressed class, but it was their choice to no longer accept oppression that birthed their civil rights movement. They weren't handed freedom, they fought for it. Which I believe is what Kanye is implying with his comment, as he clarified on twitter.
