I would love to see more of her and Mark (he is an amazing producer in general) making making more of his signature sound because I feel they have amazing chemistry and there’s still untapped potential there. I’ll be getting more of them with ASIB so I’m hyped for that. If she is gonna go full EDM though, which isn’t my favorite or preferred option by a longshot, at least go with new people and not rehash the low quality stuff you did with DJWS. Bloodpop just makes good, fun pop music while also being versatile and I am excited for that. The other producers I’m not familiar with, but at least she’s trying someone new. Just know to expect the unexpected. We all thought Gaga-Ronson-Kevin Parker would sound like the amazing funky, psychedelic “Daffoldils” and instead we got the fantastic disco rock stomper “Perfect Illusion” (that song is so underappreciated and underrated). I still need more Gaga-Kevin Parker in my life and hope one day we get an amazing psychedelic rock pop moment from her! Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
