This. She might be working with Bloodpop so she can add them to Vegas, maybe she doesn't want to release LG6 yet, but some singles might be nice so she can change the setlist at Vegas from previous tours.

You are delusional if you think Gaga won’t draw in Vegas. 

And Vegas is probably the Single biggest American tourist destination.  It’s not “90%” international by a long shot.

Coming from someone who is American and who has had family visit Vegas several times, let me clarify a few things for international fans who might not know much about Vegas. Las Vegas is a huge tourist destination for Americans. It's popular with international tourists as well, but the main demographic of Vegas tourists is Americans. You don't necessarily have to be popular internationally to have a successful Vegas residency. I mean, Bette Midler had a wildly successful residency a few years ago, and she's mainly famous in the U.S. Being successful in Vegas has more to do with putting on a good show that tourists want to see than anything else.
