Sorry, I was a mess today, it started out emotional haha. I still think you're overreacting. I am literally listening to formation right now (as hypocritic as that might seem to you) while I finish my homework. I actually do like her... Like a lot. And everyone is coming for me. AHHHH! haha. I do not agree with her activism or how she presents it. I am just as supportive and understanding of the mistreatment of Blacks as she is. I've lived a similar parallel my whole life. I don't agree with how she goes about it, that's what I'm saying. And I'm entitled to that opinion. Can we just say we agree to disagree about this? I don't like arguing, really. Don't worry, I'm not mad at you or anything. It's important to argue respectfully because it makes us grow as individuals. Agree to disagree, then. Take care, darling! Jaume 1,282
Beyonce doesnr sing live 100% and I don't mean pre-recorded vocals. There is no way you can dance your ass off and sing like Angels. Anyway she is such an incredible performer. And she is being very black in her art/music which I guess many people in America is not comfortable with, they want her to act more caucasian

She lived her entire adult life until the end of 2013 without saying a single thing about feminism or race. What's there to defend? Destinys child? Independent woman? You’re wrong. In addition, with her whole “suck my balls” chant at Coachella, don’t you think she’s taken it a bit too far? I feel like she certainly can express her (appropriate) feminist beliefs and beliefs that blacks are mistreated in a way that doesn’t disrespect people unlike her. The way in which she expresses her decisive (nearly racist) sentiments will not lead to the progress she, or her followers, are seeking. In addition, as I state above, Gaga is a much more effective, polite activist. So to those trying to assess who’s the best: just stop. Beyonce may be a more talented performer. And Gaga is, undeniably, stronger in terms of artistry and message. This is SO ****ed up. Beyonce was thankful to her fans, and to everyone who came to Coachella to support her. Nothing about the performance was racist or unequal. This clearly shows YOUR own discomfort with these topics. And in addition, people are listening to Beyonce way more than Gaga in terms of political activism. Beyonce is diving head first into race and feminist discussions while Gaga tiptoes around it. Get back to me when she puts out a personal album that discusses anything remotely as real and intense as Lemonade.
