It does look like a Venus pose, but it's actually part of the segue between Manicure and ARTPOP. A huge amount of confetti came down during Manicure, so during the segue she picked up a handful of the confetti off the stage floor and threw it into the air. That moment turned out to be iconic. The entire transition from Manicure to ARTPOP was so brilliant, and is one of Gaga's most moving moments, imo. Start at 10:15 here : I live outside the space time continuum.
