DiscoHeaven23 35,007
omg British GQ was reviewing Invasion of Privacy and totally went in on Nicki they said "Cardi was the new Nicki. Except better, cooler, funnier; realer. Nicki intimidates; Cardi endears. Bye Barbie; hey Bacardi." Haroon 49,685
That's quite rude and unprofessional Like I'd expect it from more of a tabloidy source but not something like GQ

River 106,560
omg look I'm boycotting Nicki and everything, but come on, the media needs to f-cking stop doing this!!! They are trying so hard to make stan wars, to start feuds, I mean they know it can possibly trigger Nicki.. Why the hell to do that?!?!?! They even did it with us with Katy.. His fart felt like a kiss
Ryusei 60,889
So why can there only be one female rapper at a time? Like come on.... Get your HeyGirl.mp3 on GQ Musery
DiscoHeaven23 35,007
My view: As much as I kinda lowkey enjoyed that. WHY bring Nicki into it?? This is Cardi's week to shine. Let her be without these comparisons.
dit 45,719
This was so hateful of them. I prefer Cardi over Nicki but why not let them co exist. Media is pushing this narrative that we need to destroy Nicki in order to enjoy Cardi and that's so messed up.

DelusionalGaga 29,479
People love to babble about feminism but still pit women against each other all the time. Why does there have to be only one successful female rapper? The joke is on the GQ anyway, because Cardi doesn't hate Nicki
DiscoHeaven23 35,007
pitting women against each other isn't good. I think in this case some people are eager to pit Cardi against Nicki, because Nicki has spent her career knocking other female rappers down (i.e "you other rap bitches"). Like this moment where she mocked Iggy. She wants to be QUEEN, as noted by so many songs. They want to see Nicki fail because of her ego.
