I mean, the UK 2012 September Vogue has in stores a little while, and it's only 08 August. US September issue is a prestigious issue for many fashionista. They usually will have complete guide on upcoming trends and stuffs. It is thick and nutritious. Hence some of people are calling it as The Bible Issues. So it will take a little later.
